Clone Missy!

Missy Sullivan is a top-notch realtor. My wife and I first met her 11 years ago. Missy invested time in us by showing us the local area. Four years later she was our buying agent when we settled in central New Hampshire. Eight years later she became our selling agent when we decided to relocate again. We like to call her the "Energizer Bunny". Missy worked tirelessly to help us find our home (2013) and then gave us valuable advice prior to listing the house this spring. We were well prepared throughout the entire process from listing, showing and closing. Her recommendation for listing price attracted multiple offers, and ultimately we sold for well over asking price. Some of that was market conditions, but much of it was her help leading up to the sale. We highly recommend her as an agent!

When I first worked with Peabody & Smith and Missy Sullivan three years ago on a purchase of a home, she helped me every step of the way to get into my home.
